QUALITY POLICY:
The Quality Policy of UNITEC, S.L. establishes that the General Management, representing the entire Organisation, undertakes to project, develop, implement, maintain and improve a Quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, with the following scope:
Manufacture and marketing of metal components for the automotive and other markets.
The principles on which our Quality Policy is based are developed below:
- Customer-oriented work in all areas and activities of our company, seeking customer satisfaction and, as a consequence, customer loyalty.
- The fulfilment of all the requirements of our clients and interested parties, and as far as possible their expectations, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our activity.
- The continuous improvement of our processes and the service we provide, avoiding as far as possible internal non-conformities and customer complaints.
This Quality Policy is a commitment for the entire organisation of the company to our clients and interested parties, and therefore we ensure that this policy is implemented at all levels of the organisation, constitutes the basis for establishing our objectives, and is periodically reviewed to keep it up to date.
